Charleston Construction Jobs

Charleston is situated on a peninsula that simply juts out into Charleston Harbor. Bordered to the west by the Ashley River, to the east by the Cooper River, and the mighty Atlantic Ocean beyond the harbor. This waterfront establishment gives the historic middle of Charleston an experience something like San Francisco, simply without all of the hills. This southern city has become widely famous for many reasons. It is rich in cultural influences, has a historic background dating back hundreds of years, and has world-class architecture. The streets are cobblestone and lined with live oaks, while stately pastel homes line either side. Charleston’s skyline is dotted with numerous church steeples earning it the nickname the “Holy City.” These, like most other aspects of the city, are exquisitely preserved and generally remain in use today. Visitors can tour some of them, visit some of them, and see many of them via horse drawn carriage tours.
