Construction Superintendent- K-12 Construction

Reputable and stable general contractor specializing in state and municipal projects has a need for a Construction Superintendent for K-12 school projects.  The selected candidate must have between 7-10 years of experience on ground-up, K-12 (school) and/or higher education projects.  Project experience must be over $20M.

Work collaboratively with assigned Project Manager on all facets of the project from pre-construction meetings to post project documentation.  Reasonable relocation will be provided to the selected candidate to the Hampton Roads area however local candidates are preferred.  Regional travel may be required due to project location.

Compensation $100K- 125K/year depending on experience, Full benefit package to include healthcare, car allowance and/or company vehicle along with a 401K plan.
