Highly respected drywall contractor is searching for an experienced senior level drywall estimator for commercial construction projects.

This position will be responsible for overseeing the estimating department, reviewing estimates of junior level estimators.  On larger jobs, the senior estimator will be responsible for performing all activities required to takeoff and price drywall and metal stud work, solicit subcontractor & supplier proposals, and present proposal to owners.

Qualification Requirements:

• A minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a Senior or Chief Estimator position for a drywall contractor on commercial projects.
• At least 7-10 years of estimating and sales experience for a drywall and metal framing contractor is required.
• A construction related degree is preferred.

Compensation:

• $120-$150K/year plus full benefit package to include healthcare
