Atlanta based hospitality GC is searching for an experienced Project Manager for Hospitality projects.  Projects are new construction and renovations of economy to 5-star hotels.  Project values range from $5M to $100M

Projects are located in Georgia, Tennessee, Kentucky, Texas and Florida as well as other states.  You will be based in the Woodstock, Georgia office.  Travel on a weekly basis may be required, but you will be home every weekend.

The Project Manager will report to the Vice President of Operations and be responsible for all aspects of the project from assisting with the initial estimate to closeout.   This person will manage all business aspects of the project.

 

Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years’ experience managing ground-up new hotel construction and hotel renovation projects.
  • Applicants must have experience with both ground-up and hotel renovation projects.
  • Must be proficient with Procore.

Compensation:  $100,000 – $140,000, depending on experience, plus benefits, per diem & housing when traveling.

A 4-year construction related degree is a plus, but not required.
