Reputable and Stable General Contractor specializing in multi-family and assisted living construction projects has an immediate need for a Project Manager on ground-up, multifamily construction projects.  

Responsibilities include:

• You will manage the schedule, costs, subcontractors, pay requests, RFI’s, change orders, shop drawings, and all business aspects of the projects.

Requirements:

• You must have at least 5-10 years of experience working as a Project Manager on multifamily and/or Assisted Living construction projects.
• Wood frame/stick- built construction experience is preferred.
• Assisted living and/or healthcare construction is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to build and maintain excellent relationships with the client and subcontractors.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred.

Compensation:

• $90,000 – $125,000/year depending on experience.
