Unlike Synergy Professionals, most recruiters don’t know the engineering and construction industry. They are sales people who have never worked in the industry. That prevents them from understanding the needs of their client or the qualifications and goals of the candidate. They are not capable of providing effective service to their clients, nor to the candidates they recommend.
